The whole journey at a glance — origin operations in Brazil, the ocean crossing, and partial-lot delivery from a U.S. warehouse.

The Journey, Step by Step

Seven stages, fully traceable.

Each step is handled in-house or by partners we manage directly — so quality and accountability never change hands without us.

Stage 01 · Origin

Harvest & processing

Ripe cherries are selectively picked and processed — Natural, Honey, or Washed — the step where the cup's character is set.

For youThe flavor profile you cupped is created and locked in here.
Stage 02 · Origin

Drying

Coffee is dried slowly and evenly to a stable moisture (around 10.5–11.5%) on patios, raised beds, or controlled dryers.

For youProper drying is what lets coffee cross the ocean without losing quality.
Stage 03 · Origin

Dry milling

The dried parchment is hulled, then sorted and graded by size, density, and defect to produce clean, export-ready green coffee.

For youThis is what delivers bag-to-bag consistency in your roaster.
Stage 04 · Origin

Quality control

Each lot is physically graded and cupped to SCA protocol before it's approved and allocated to your order.

For youThe coffee that ships is the same coffee that was approved at origin.
Stage 05 · Port of Santos

Container loading

Approved lots are bagged to your spec, lined for moisture protection, and loaded into the container at the port.

Stage 06 · At sea

Ocean freight

The container sails from Santos to the U.S. We book the vessel and manage export documentation, shipping, and customs paperwork.

For youThe part most buyers dread — we handle the entire logistics chain.
Stage 07 · United States

Destination warehouse

Coffee arrives, clears customs and FDA, and is stored ready for release. From here we deliver the lots and volumes you need, when you need them.

For youPick up, ship to you, or draw down over time — no full container required.
Two Ways to Buy

Hand off where it suits you.

Take over at the port in Brazil, or let us carry the coffee all the way to a U.S. warehouse. Same coffee — you choose how much of the logistics you want to own.

We import the container. You take only what you need.

We bring whole containers into the market and hold them ready. You order partial lots against that inventory — so you're never forced to commit to a full container's worth of cash or coffee.

 Custom branding

Your logo, your story — on every bag.

Bags can be customized with your brand so the coffee that lands at your roastery already speaks in your voice — useful for traceable, story-led offerings.

New to Importing?

You don't have to become a logistics expert.

Plenty of great roasters have never imported a single bag. With the delivered option, your side of the work stays small.
